Jersey Republic is operated by [Your registered business name], [Street address], [City], [State] [PIN], India. We sell fan-replica football jerseys — sublimation prints and embroidered-crest lines. They are not club-licensed originals, and we are not affiliated with any club, league, federation or kit manufacturer. Club names and crests appear only to describe the design of each shirt.

All prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. Stock and prices are refreshed from our warehouse every few minutes and re-checked at the moment you pay; if a size sells out or a price changes before payment, checkout will tell you before any money is taken.

An order is confirmed only when payment is successfully received through Razorpay. You will get an order number (JR-xxxx) and a confirmation page and email. If a payment fails or is cancelled, no order is created and nothing is charged. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if we cannot fulfil it, for example due to a stock error.

We deliver across India. Dispatch and delivery timelines are described on our shipping page. Please make sure the address and mobile number you give us are correct; parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address may be re-shipped at your cost.

You can cancel an order by emailing [email protected] before it is dispatched, for a full refund to the original payment method (5–7 working days to reflect). Once a parcel is dispatched it cannot be cancelled. If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, write to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide. Do not misuse the site, attempt to interfere with orders or pricing, or use it for anything unlawful.

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
