Shipping and delivery

Everywhere in India that our courier partners serve — metros, towns and most PIN codes.

• Dispatch: within 1–2 working days of payment.
• Delivery: typically 4–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your PIN code. Remote areas can take a little longer.
• Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping is currently free on every order. Any charge will always be shown at checkout before you pay.

As soon as your parcel is dispatched you will receive a tracking link by email. You can also open the order page linked in your confirmation email at any time.

If a parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, email [email protected] with your order number (JR-xxxx). We reply monday to saturday, 10am–7pm ist and will sort it out.
